Yeah I believe so, my retention of the event isn't totally clear, I'd have to ask my mom or something. As far as I remember they were just having a "Meet a Ninja Turtle" thing at some store or shopping center and being the rabid TMNT freak that I and most children were in the early 90's there was no way I wouldn't be going. It was fun though, I still have the picture in a crummy little frame.
